Bluegrass and Fescue in Lawns is Seeding!

Virginia Green Lawn Care has received a large number of calls recently from our customers who state that they are seeing weeds in their lawns. What they are actually seeing is the Kentucky Bluegrass, and Fescue grass in lawns is going through the natural seeding process right now and it appears as a seed head on top of the blade of grass.

This is natural and not anything to be concerned about. We will only see this for another week or so, and the seeds that fall will be reintroduced into the lawn.
